According to Spotrac, due to the Aggregate Trade Restriction, Shamet cannot be traded with other players until July 01, 2022. Is this true? If not, what has happened to negate that restriction? I'll be honest, the thought definitely crossed my mind if Payne was being sent out in another deal.
